About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing & GTM Campaign Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our marketing and sales departments, focusing on the development and execution of data-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities across various advertising platforms while ensuring our campaigns are both scalable and highly profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our marketing and sales teams to build effective audience segments and comprehensive campaign strategies.
- Oversee the management and optimization of paid advertising across channels such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, and Connected TV.
- Monitor performance metrics, including spend and return on ad spend, while leading budget tracking and cross-functional efforts to meet our key performance indicators.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, we look for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in managing campaigns on Google and LinkedIn platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and a demonstrated ability to build account-based marketing segments.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A high level of comfort using various analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.
Location
This is a remote position available to candidates located within the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $63,000 - $115,000. In addition to your base pay, you may be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, and restricted stock units. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, including:
