We are looking for a dedicated Partnership Manager to join our team and help shape our strategic collaborations. You will work alongside prominent platforms like 7mind, Asana Rebel, and Clue to build impactful relationships across the wellness, education, finance, and sustainability sectors.
Responsibilities
- Scout, evaluate, and negotiate new partnerships with top-tier applications that align with our strategic vision.
- Nurture long-term connections with partners through consistent communication and trust.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnership projects, ensuring every initiative is executed smoothly.
- Partner with our internal marketing, product, and operations teams to launch joint campaigns and integrations.
- Analyze performance data to track success and provide insights that guide our future growth.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Business fluent German and excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- An analytical mindset that uses data to refine strategies and assess results.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
