Partner Development Manager at Iterable

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our partner ecosystem by nurturing relationships with agency and technology partners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while developing enablement programs such as webinars and sales toolkits to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies that generate a consistent, qualified pipeline.
• Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for partners, working closely with our internal sales teams to support deal closures and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or technology industry.
• A proven track record of successfully building partnerships and generating partner-sourced revenue.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to support joint sales efforts and close complex deals.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset that thrives in cross-functional environments.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
