🎓 What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

A minimum of 2 years experience and a portfolio that doesn’t just whisper but shouts your talent and vision in design. Simple ideas powerfully executed for both consumer and enterprise. A wizard in Figma is critical. Nice to haves include Framer, Cinema4D, Spline, After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop, to name a few. An eye for design that looks good and feels right, enhancing user experience at every turn. A problem-solving ninja, creative and effective. Top-notch communication and teamwork skills – because great minds create better together. A master of time and project management, thriving in the fast lane and never missing a beat.

💸 Compensation:

• Salary + Equity? Yes, and yes.
• Pay varies depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.  For candidates outside of metro market areas, we use the state average.
• The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
• Nova Labs targets the 50th percentile of the pay scale for new hires.
• The salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set US locations:  
• Tier 1 (San Francisco / New York City):  $71k - $89k
• Tier 2 (Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA State Avg):   $63,900k - 80,100k
• Tier 3 (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, Philadelphia, Sacramento):  $60,350 - $75,650
• Tier 4:  Other, Miami, Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene, NH, San Antonio):  $56,800 - $71,200
