About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Creative Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this senior role, you will serve as the bridge between our marketing strategy and creative output. You will own the production of high-impact assets across our entire ecosystem, working closely with the Director of Product Marketing to bring our brand to life. Your primary goal is to scale our creative capabilities while ensuring every piece of content drives customer retention and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Creative Direction: Inspire and mentor our talented team of designers, offering clear and constructive feedback to ensure all work aligns with our unique art and engineering brand identity.
- Lead Creative Production: Manage the end-to-end workflow for digital marketing assets, including social media, email, web banners, and video, ensuring everything is delivered on time and on budget.
- Drive Process Excellence: Architect efficient systems for our creative pipeline and asset database, collaborating with cross-functional partners to reduce time-to-market for new campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in creative marketing, production management, or asset management, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or consumer goods environment.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your leadership in developing high-performing digital and physical marketing assets.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with familiarity in rendering and 3D animation software.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex deadlines and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership ability, specifically in guiding remote or international teams and fostering a collaborative, high-accountability culture.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
