About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Creative Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through high-impact visual assets that support our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our Creative Services team to ensure our visual storytelling remains consistent and effective across all digital channels, ultimately driving engagement and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of visual assets for diverse marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, landing pages, email graphics, social media content, and event materials.
- Partner with Creative Services to design high-performing assets that generate inbound demand and align with our overall brand identity.
- Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop professional, on-brand creative that resonates with our audience and evolves based on performance insights.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in creative marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS industry.
- A track record of success working in fast-paced startup environments or high-growth companies.
- Proven technical proficiency in designing assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep experience managing digital creative for paid media, email, and social channels.
- A metrics-driven mindset with a proactive approach to testing, learning, and iterating on design to optimize results.
