What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our practice-driven marketing and business development efforts, and you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity based out of our Ann Arbor or Detroit offices. You will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the full lifecycle of project pursuits, including the creation of qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all marketing documentation through rigorous proofreading, editing, and final assembly.
• Maintaining our internal marketing systems, including our CRM database, digital asset library, and project content libraries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in a field such as marketing, communications, journalism, or graphic design. We require at least three years of specific experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and you should have a solid understanding of CRM platforms and digital asset management systems. We are looking for a candidate who excels at balancing multiple priorities, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and communicates effectively in both written and graphic formats. A collaborative spirit is vital, as you will be working closely with colleagues across our various office locations.
