Come be part of a dynamic and integrated centralized marketing team that drives the success of a nationally recognized women-owned and women-led design firm. Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practice-driven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in either our Ann Abor or Detroit office location. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations
- Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents
- Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to:
- Collateral and templates
- Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library)
- CRM database – data gathering and input
- Digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials
- Conduct marketing research and lead searching
- Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts
- Support development and submission of awards entries
- Support and partake in networking and business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams
- Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)
