Marketing Communications Intern at Crystal Clean, LLC

Purpose: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Communications Intern to join our growing marketing communications department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in marketing, then we want to work with you.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and creative design tools.

Essential Duties:                                             

• Collaborate with others to develop engaging internal communications pieces in support of other department initiatives.
• Assist with internal communication designs, posts, and managing the company app.
• Support creation of PowerPoint presentations for external and internal use.
• Contribute to research and content writing for websites.
• Update print and digital marketing collateral.
• Aid in marketing communications content creation to support Product Managers.
• Coordinate internal communications as required.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Core Competencies:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video production tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.

Education:

• Current college junior or senior level students majoring in marketing, communications, or related majors required.

Physical Requirements: Tasks are usually performed in a sitting position. Intern may be required to stand, walk, talk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp to complete assigned tasks.

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Noise level of the environment is generally quiet. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
