We are a modern alliance of over 25 creative agencies, operating as a unified network across 12 countries with a global team of more than 3,000 employees. We are currently looking for a Manager, New Business Development & Process to join us on a part-time, hybrid basis in Canada to help us scale our capacity for managing RFPs and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for our network-wide RFP and proposal processes.
Research target client lists in collaboration with our business development leads.
Review, qualify, and assign incoming business leads.
Create sales pitches, presentations, and reference materials by working closely with our functional teams.
Establish best practices and efficient workflows for managing our business development assets.
Report on pipeline performance to the VP or SVP of Business Development.
Maintain our development pipeline and CRM database.
Partner with Marketing and Communication leads to execute thought leadership plans.
Assist in the planning and execution of various industry events.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of professional experience in business development, strategy, or production within a creative agency.
A deep understanding of the creative industry and the needs of our clients.
A proven history of managing the full lifecycle of RFP processes and winning new business.
Strong project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and the Google Suite.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
