We are a modern alliance of over 25 creative agencies, operating as a unified network across 12 countries with a global team of more than 3,000 employees. We are currently looking for a Manager, New Business Development & Process to join us on a part-time, hybrid basis in Canada to help us scale our capacity for managing RFPs and new business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for our network-wide RFP and proposal processes.
- Research target client lists in collaboration with our business development leads.
- Review, qualify, and assign incoming business leads.
- Create sales pitches, presentations, and reference materials by working closely with our functional teams.
- Establish best practices and efficient workflows for managing our business development assets.
- Report on pipeline performance to the VP or SVP of Business Development.
- Maintain our development pipeline and CRM database.
- Partner with Marketing and Communication leads to execute thought leadership plans.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various industry events.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business development, strategy, or production within a creative agency.
- A deep understanding of the creative industry and the needs of our clients.
- A proven history of managing the full lifecycle of RFP processes and winning new business.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and the Google Suite.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
