At Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc., we manage a massive 13 billion dollar industrial real estate portfolio as a leading publicly traded investment firm. We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our marketing team and help us elevate our brand across both digital and print media. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, motion graphics, and building a strong company culture, we would love to have you on our team in a hybrid capacity based in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with our marketing, HR, and event teams to produce high-quality digital and print assets, including branded collateral for open houses and internal company initiatives.
- You will translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations and infographics while maintaining strict brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- You will take the lead on storyboarding, editing, and producing dynamic motion graphics and video content to enhance our storytelling and audience engagement efforts.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least two years of professional graphic design experience, though we are happy to consider internship experience.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- A strong foundation in video editing and motion graphics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly while remaining open to constructive feedback.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
