Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Junior Art Director on a full-time basis. The role calls for senior-level design experience and is based in Canada with a hybrid work arrangement.
Your impact
- Lead the development of creative concepts and designs that tell powerful stories and stay true to our brand vision.
- Produce and refine print and digital assets-motion graphics, animations, and 3D designs-that push creative boundaries and capture attention.
- Edit high-quality video content and prepare precise, production-ready files that keep every campaign looking sharp across retail, point-of-sale, and online channels.
What you'll need
A BA in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, 3D Design, or a related field plus seven or more years of graphic-design experience with a portfolio that highlights motion, 3D, and video work. You bring advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite-especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro-along with hands-on skill in tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D. You thrive on color theory, composition, and visual storytelling, and you’re energized by culture and trends that you can translate into fresh brand moments. A positive, energetic presence, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work cross-functionally round out the profile. English fluency is required.
