What is this role?
We are looking for a Jr. Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Canada. This is an entry-level position for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience who is eager to support our Digital Delivery team. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our Senior Designer to bring creative concepts to life from the initial ideation phase through to final delivery. Please note that this is a dedicated design role, and we are not seeking candidates with a focus on UI or UX for this specific opening.
What will you do?
- Assist the Senior Designer in creating and refining marketing materials, including landing pages, brand assets, and advertisements.
- Execute visual design stages from the initial concept to the final hand-off while maintaining our design system and project file organization.
- Partner directly with developers to deploy designs and ensure all creative deliverables meet our quality standards and project objectives.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a creative professional with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual ability and design craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across various media, with a heavy emphasis on web design. You should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and Figma. Beyond your technical skills, you are a collaborative team player who communicates ideas clearly and is comfortable presenting to groups. A degree or diploma in Art or Design is required, along with a genuine passion for innovation and a willingness to learn from your peers.
