We are currently seeking a Jr. Designer to join our team in Canada on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will support our Digital Delivery team by bringing creative concepts to life, helping us interpret the world through color, imagery, and design to drive meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Senior Designer in executing visual design stages, ranging from initial concept ideation to the final hand-off of marketing materials and brand assets.
- Collaborate directly with developers to deploy designs and maintain a well-organized system of project files and assets.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet high quality standards, align with project briefs, and adhere to our established brand guidelines.
Requirements
We are looking for a creative individual who brings a unique perspective to our team. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Art, Design, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of professional experience, supported by a strong portfolio of past design work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and Figma.
- A strong conceptual ability with a focus on web design and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn from and work alongside copywriters, developers, and strategists.
