The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market efforts, positioning, and messaging for our suite of AI-powered pathology solutions. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between our technical innovations and their real-world commercial impact. You will be responsible for driving product adoption across a variety of sectors, including biopharma, diagnostics, and clinical markets, ensuring our vision reaches those who need it most.

A day in the life

• You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, ensuring our value proposition is clearly defined and differentiated across all of our target market segments.
• You will translate complex AI technology into compelling narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with key stakeholders, such as healthcare executives, pathologists, and biopharma partners.
• You will conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to gather customer insights, which will directly inform our product strategy and help refine our approach to the market.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in product marketing, ideally within the high-growth healthtech, life sciences, or AI and machine learning sectors. You possess a deep understanding of how AI impacts diagnostics and biopharma, and you have a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market. You are an exceptional storyteller who can simplify technical complexity, and you bring a data-driven mindset to every project. You are comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and industry leaders, and you excel at leading and influencing cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and you must be based in the United States to work on-site with our team.
