Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of Product Design to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that requires a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS and complex data visualization. You will work in a hybrid capacity, based in the United States, to help us solve some of the most significant challenges in the global economy.
Your impact
- Define and execute the overarching product design vision, ensuring our design strategy aligns with our business goals and the needs of our diverse user base.
- Build and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the organization.
- Create intuitive, extensible design systems that simplify complex data sets and facilitate seamless collaboration across multinational enterprises and government agencies.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of experience in product or UX design, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing enterprise SaaS products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for non-linear workflows, data-heavy applications, and network-based interactions.
- Technical proficiency or a strong willingness to learn CSS and React styling to better collaborate with our engineering teams.
- Expertise in user research and testing methodologies to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
