We are Overjet, the world leader in dental AI, and we are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Our platform is currently trusted by thousands of dental providers and insurers to improve oral health outcomes, and we are seeking a strategic leader to help us scale our demand generation and conversion efforts as we continue to grow rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and tactical execution of our marketing acquisition and conversion plans, including rigorous measurement and performance tracking.
- Manage our comprehensive paid media strategy across channels such as search, social, programmatic, direct mail, and print to drive business growth.
- Own our website strategy, including the optimization of landing pages, lead forms, and site flows to improve SEO and maximize lead conversion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in B2B demand generation.
- Proven expertise in SEO and paid social media strategies.
- Strong proficiency using Pardot and Salesforce to manage marketing workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously through effective organization and project management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
