The role
We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our headquarters in Mountain View, California. This is a senior-level position for an experienced marketing professional who thrives on building high-performance campaigns. You will work directly with our senior leadership, including our CEO and co-founders, to shape our go-to-market strategy and drive scalable growth for our AI-powered platform.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, regions, and personas to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with our executive team and GTM leaders to refine revenue strategies and ensure our marketing efforts align with company-wide objectives.
- Develop customer marketing programs that cultivate reference customers and showcase the real-world impact of our technology to support new logo acquisition.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within the SaaS, AI, or data analytics sectors.
- A proven track record of creating campaigns that result in measurable revenue and pipeline growth.
- Expertise in building high-quality prospect lists that align with an ideal customer profile.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
