We are looking for an experienced Head of Demand and Growth to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. At Cohere, our mission is to scale intelligence to serve humanity. We develop and deploy frontier AI models for enterprises and developers who are building systems for content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents. We believe our work is essential to the widespread adoption of AI, and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about their craft to help us shape the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute our global product-led growth strategy, which includes managing user attraction, activation, retention, and revenue expansion across our entire product portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize features that drive customer engagement and ensure we are aligned on shared objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Growth Product Managers while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of marketing experience within a technology-focused company, including a minimum of 7 years in a product-led growth leadership role at a cloud organization.
- A proven track record of scaling companies and managing teams of both senior leaders and individual contributors.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex AI features into clear customer benefits.
- Deep expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, digital marketing best practices, and the design of successful Account Based Marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
