Why this role?
Cohere is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Led Growth to spearhead our product-led growth, acquisition, and lifecycle initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive a comprehensive strategy across all business segments and industries. In this hands-on leadership role your mission will be to optimize every touchpoint of the developer and user journey, from initial demand generation and acquisition through sign-up, onboarding, and beyond. You'll be responsible for converting product-qualified leads (PQLs) into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), ultimately fueling our pipeline growth.
As a key leader in our organization, you will serve as an essential bridge between our global go-to-market and product growth teams and the broader marketing organization. You'll ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies, leveraging your expertise to enhance our product-led growth funnel from initial user acquisition, conversion testing, to revenue generation. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory, utilizing both your strategic vision and hands-on execution skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
