Responsibilities
- Drive the generation of sales pipelines by collaborating with our sales team to track deal progression and measure overall revenue impact.
- Partner with account executives to identify and engage high-potential accounts, using strategic insights to accelerate deal cycles.
- Create and execute tailored strategies for key accounts to deepen relationships and ensure efficient movement through the sales funnel.
- Build and nurture a scalable ecosystem of homebuilders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to unlock new revenue streams.
- Work alongside our product and marketing teams to produce high-impact content, such as whitepapers and case studies, that establishes our thought leadership.
- Define and track key performance indicators for all partnership and development initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, specifically within the homebuilding or related sectors.
- A background as a former builder or significant experience navigating the specific challenges faced by homebuilders.
- A robust, existing network of industry contacts and a proven track record of maintaining strategic partnerships.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to balance high-level strategy with daily, hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, product, and sales departments.
- Fluency in English.
