At Flying Bisons, we view artificial intelligence as a core component of our daily operations rather than an experimental project. Our design team integrates AI into their workflows every day, and we have already developed our own internal tools and integrations. We are now looking for a visionary leader to help us build a comprehensive AI Operating System for our entire organization of approximately 100 people. If you are someone who thrives on building systems that empower others to work more effectively, we would love to meet you.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of AI Enablement to join us as a contractor. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep, hands-on background in design and engineering. Because we are already at an advanced stage of AI adoption, this role is designed for an expert who can elevate our current capabilities to the next level. You will work remotely, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
What will you do?
- Design and implement a cohesive AI operating model, taking full ownership of our internal stack, governance standards, and strategic direction.
- Build custom internal tools and integrations by working directly with model APIs like Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini to solve complex workflow challenges.
- Evolve our existing prompt library into a structured, versioned product that includes clear metrics, roadmaps, and cross-disciplinary guidelines for our designers, developers, and product managers.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you must be a practitioner who builds solutions rather than just someone who uses AI tools. We require the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI designer, as you must understand the design process from the inside.
- Proven ability to independently build integrations using AI model APIs like Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini.
- Demonstrable experience implementing AI within an organization, including a systematic approach to prompt engineering and architecture.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as n8n or Make, along with development environments like Cursor or Copilot.
- C1+ level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
What's in it for you?
We provide a supportive environment designed to help you do your best work. Our perks and benefits include:
- Flexible work hours and a fully remote work environment.
- The option to work from our modern office at WeWork Mennica Legacy Tower if you prefer.
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
- Paid time off.
