What you bring
As our Senior Growth Marketer, you will serve as a foundational member of our team, working in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. You will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy, validating demand, and building a repeatable growth engine that connects us with construction leaders across the country. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing data-driven experimentation plans to test messaging and channel-market fit.
- Managing our digital acquisition strategy across paid media platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Building and optimizing high-converting landing pages and content funnels using tools like Webflow and HubSpot.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment. You should be a full-stack marketer who is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and tactical execution. Proficiency in English is required, along with a deep technical comfort level using HubSpot for automation and lead lifecycle management. You should be an analytical thinker who views AI as a force multiplier and is eager to integrate tools like ChatGPT and SurferSEO into your daily workflow. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strong communicator, and an adaptable team player who thrives in the ambiguity of an early-stage venture.
