What will you do?
- Lead conversion-rate optimization projects and run A/B tests that improve how visitors move through our website, landing pages, and checkout flows.
- Design and refine website experiences, lifecycle email journeys, and performance-marketing creative, using research and analytics to guide every decision.
- Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and company leadership to raise acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue metrics.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least seven years of experience in design, growth, marketing, or UX/UI. Your portfolio shows successful work on websites, landing pages, e-commerce flows, and email campaigns, with clear evidence of conversion and performance impact. You are fluent in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable running user research, wireframing, prototyping, and turning data into design choices. Strong communication skills help you present ideas and partner effectively across teams. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, welcome feedback, and balance speed with quality and business outcomes. All work is conducted in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with roughly 83 percent of premiums paid by the company. You receive 20 days of paid time off plus company holidays, a generous home-office stipend, gym reimbursement, company-paid life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care are also included, along with a remote-friendly culture built on trust and ownership.
