Graphic & Multimedia Designer at modulus SA

We are currently seeking a Graphic & Multimedia Designer who turns ideas into beautiful, high-performing creative. If motion, layout, and typography are your native language, this role is your canvas.

Responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content for all modulus’ online and offline needs. Using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/ video software, this role will produce consistent, on-brand creative assets for social media, paid ads, website, events, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce compelling visual designs for social posts, carousels, vidcast reels covers, ad creatives, website banners, PDFs, presentations, templates and print materials.

• Develop event-related visuals (posters, backdrops, roll-ups, invitations, booth assets).

• Create and edit short-form videos, animations and reels for social media, ad creatives and vidcast promotion.

• Adapt video content to platform specs (ratios, durations, captions/subtitles, safe areas).

• Own and evolve the brand guidelines (color, typography, grids, iconography, motion styles). Document updates, maintain reusable templates/components, and ensure consistent adoption across teams and vendors.

• Manage design requests from various departments and deliver to the agreed deadlines.

• Maintain an organized library of all assets, templates, project files, footage and exports for reuse and speed.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent design, motion graphics, and social-first content. (Portfolio link required.)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva (advanced use of templates/components). Working knowledge of motion graphics/animation.

• Fluency in social & ad specs (ratios, resolutions, codecs, file sizes) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Display.

• Experience preparing print-ready files (bleeds, color profiles) is a plus.

• Hands-on with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly, Runway, Canva Magic Design) for faster iterations, combined with good judgment on brand fit and quality.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests with shifting priorities.

• Collaborative mindset and clear communication with non-design stakeholders.

• Working proficiency in Greek & English.
