What is this role?

We are searching for a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who is passionate about blending motion, layout, and typography to create high-performing assets. You will play a vital role in maintaining our brand identity while producing engaging content for our various marketing channels.

What will you do?

• Design compelling visual assets for social media, digital advertisements, website banners, and printed marketing collateral.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, animations, and reels, ensuring every piece of content is perfectly adapted for different platform specifications.
• Take ownership of our brand guidelines, including color palettes and typography, while managing a well-organized library of project files and templates to streamline our creative workflow.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally within an agency or an in-house team. We are looking for someone who brings a strong portfolio of brand-consistent work and a deep understanding of social-first content. You should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a solid grasp of motion graphics and AI-assisted creative tools. Since we operate in an international market, you must be comfortable communicating in both Greek and English. Being organized and able to juggle multiple requests with shifting priorities will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
