About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will transform ideas into compelling visual representations across both print and digital media. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to the final deliverable, ensuring every project aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to brainstorm and strategize on a wide array of materials, including logo designs, web banners, billboard layouts, brochures, and internal communications.
- Translate high-level strategic direction into high-quality visual content by expertly selecting imagery, typography, color palettes, and layouts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and alongside our marketing team to meet deadlines while maintaining our organizational brand standards.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and innovative design work.
- At least five years of professional or academic experience using industry-standard software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present your design concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the technical skill to package and preflight files for print or digital media partners.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously expand your skill set through ongoing training.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 USD. As a full-time member of our team, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
