At Thesis, we build and back products that put power back into the hands of individuals. As a cryptocurrency venture studio backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Polychain Capital, and Draper Associates, we have launched projects such as Keep Network, Fold, Taho, and Embody. Mezo, one of our portfolio companies, connects Bitcoin holders with new tools on public blockchains, and we are now looking for a senior designer to help shape how that vision is seen and understood.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Mezo team on a full-time, remote basis. The position is open to candidates located anywhere, with a preference for Europe and Americas time zones, and calls for someone with substantial experience translating complex product ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand systems and component libraries in Figma so every asset stays consistent as Mezo grows.
- Create marketing visuals, social campaigns, ad creatives, presentations, and print materials that clearly communicate the value of our Bitcoin-focused products.
- Collaborate daily with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to turn briefs into polished illustrations, icons, and layouts that work across digital and print channels.
Skills and experience
You bring at least six years of hands-on graphic or product design experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in design or an equivalent practical background. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, as is a strong command of typography, color theory, and layout. You have built or maintained brand systems and component libraries before, and you are comfortable creating custom illustrations and iconography. Clear communication skills and the ability to work across time zones round out the profile. A portfolio that demonstrates this work is required.
