About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a visual storyteller, transforming concepts into engaging representations for both print and electronic media. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure our branding remains consistent and powerful, taking projects from initial brainstorming all the way to the final deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to strategize and produce a wide variety of materials, such as billboard designs, social media banners, logos, brochures, and internal communications.
- Translate our strategic direction into high-quality visual content that adheres to our established brand identity.
- Develop original concepts by utilizing your expertise in color theory, typography, imagery, and layout, while staying informed on current market trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio and a deep commitment to innovative design. We require the following qualifications:
- Five or more years of professional or academic experience using industry-standard design software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present your design concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with file preflighting and packaging for printers or media partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field is preferred, as is a working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
