The role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will act as a visual storyteller, transforming concepts into compelling designs for both print and digital media. We are looking for an experienced professional who can guide a project from the initial spark of an idea to the final deliverable while maintaining our established brand identity.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and strategize on a wide variety of materials, including billboards, social media banners, editorial layouts, brochures, and internal communications.
- Translate high-level strategic direction into high-quality visual content by expertly managing color, typography, imagery, and layout.
- Execute original design concepts while ensuring all work meets organizational standards, brand expectations, and project deadlines.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong portfolio and a passion for innovative design. We require the following qualifications:
- Five or more years of professional or academic experience using industry-standard software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- A deep understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to package and preflight files for print or digital media partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field is preferred, along with bonus skills in illustration, animation, or basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD. We are committed to supporting our team members through a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
