Key outcomes

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that elevate our brand presence among global enterprises, government entities, and the public.
• Manage executive communications by supporting our CEO’s voice and presence as a thought leader in the AI and quantum technology space.
• Produce and curate high-quality, differentiated content that guides audiences through every stage of the customer journey.
• Oversee all corporate social media accounts while actively engaging with our online community to foster meaningful connections.
• Utilize advanced analytics and market research to track campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within our target industries to expand our reach.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of experience in social media management, with a proven history of successfully managing C-suite executive communications.
• Demonstrated success as a social media strategist, ideally within the high-tech sector.
• Exceptional writing and creative skills for developing engaging organic content.
• Comprehensive expertise regarding major platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, as well as specialized forums like Reddit and Quora.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret engagement metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• A deep understanding of platform algorithms, community management, and organic promotion tactics.
• The ability to remain agile and responsive to shifting audience behaviors and emerging social media trends.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position ranges from 150,000 USD to 210,000 USD, with individual compensation determined by your specific skills, experience, and training.
