While this role is focused on the front end, we value candidates who have experience working across the stack with Java or Go.

- Build and scale services that integrate with internal systems, Salesforce, and various banking data vendors.
- Take ownership of your own projects while collaborating with mentors to design and implement mission-critical solutions.
- Optimize the customer experience by enhancing the user interface, improving performance, and ensuring our designs are responsive and accessible.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in building large-scale front-end applications using React and Redux.
- Solid technical skills in HTML, modern CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, along with experience using GraphQL.
- A deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and a commitment to writing high-quality code through automated testing and code reviews.
- Experience working within Agile environments and a familiarity with software development lifecycles like Scrum or Kanban.
