The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Lead to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will take ownership of the development and delivery of innovative financial products that directly address the needs of our customers. You will serve as a bridge between various departments, including design, engineering, and marketing, to define a clear product vision and roadmap. By aligning your strategy with our overall goals, you will ensure that we continue to provide seamless, intuitive solutions for small business owners.

A day in the life

• You will manage your product area like a business, driving organizational focus and prioritizing resources to deliver high-quality results.
• You will lead cross-functional initiatives, removing roadblocks and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation through to final execution.
• You will dive deep into data and user research to uncover the "why" behind customer behavior, using those insights to identify problems worth solving and building strategies that create real business value.

Who you are

You are an authentic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and at least 4 years of experience building high-growth consumer products. You have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, including experience with neobanks, payments, lending, and card issuance. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and possess the ability to balance multiple competing priorities. Your toolkit includes strong storytelling skills, a talent for data analysis, and a solid grasp of A/B testing and user research. You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable navigating the regulatory landscape of the financial services industry.
