We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Director to join our network, which consists of over 25 creative agencies operating across 12 countries. With a global team of more than 3,000 employees, we focus on delivering creative work that blends culture, technology, and data to provide real value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for our network-wide RFP processes and proposal development.
- Collaborate with business development leads to research and identify target clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the assignment of prospects.
- Draft sales pitches, presentations, and essential reference materials by working closely with our functional teams.
- Create and maintain efficient processes for managing our business development assets.
- Track and report on pipeline results to the VP or SVP of Business Development.
- Maintain the CRM database and manage lead information.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to execute thought leadership plans.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of industry events.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, strategy, or production within a creative agency setting.
- A deep understanding of the creative industry and the needs of our clients.
- A proven history of managing full-cycle RFP processes and winning new business.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and the Google Suite.
- Fluency in English.
