About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Designer to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will shape the look, feel, and interaction patterns of our AI-powered recruiting platform while working directly with leadership, customers, and early team members to turn ambitious ideas into polished, usable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, map recruiting and HR pain points, and translate insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Rapidly create, test, and iterate on Figma mocks while introducing new design patterns suited to AI-driven workflows.
- Own end-to-end product design, produce marketing assets, and help establish the design function and culture as we scale.
Requirements
- Four or more years of professional design experience, including time spent as an early designer at a startup.
- Proven ability to design world-class software products and to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong comfort with uncertainty, an entrepreneurial mindset, and genuine excitement about wearing multiple hats-from UX and user research to product ideation and marketing.
Location
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. In addition, the position includes meaningful equity and a comprehensive benefits package that covers 100 percent of health and dental insurance premiums, a 401k plan, company offsite trips, and a work-from-home stipend.
