The opportunity

We are looking for an Expert Brand Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This executive-level role is central to our marketing efforts, as you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will work closely with our B2B marketing team to ensure our creative output is not only beautiful but also highly effective at generating leads and communicating our value to enterprise clients. You will own projects from the initial concept phase through to final delivery, ensuring that every asset reflects our commitment to excellence and our mission to help patients.

A day in the life

• You will define our brand strategy by creating high-impact visuals and establishing clear, consistent design guidelines across all platforms.
• You will lead creative initiatives for our B2B marketing team, developing concepts for email campaigns, paid advertisements, landing pages, and editorial materials.
• You will collaborate daily with marketing leads, engineers, and product teams to plan multi-channel campaigns and create asset variations for A/B testing.

Who you are

You are a seasoned creative with over 9 years of experience at a product company or agency. You have a deep understanding of B2B design, and your portfolio proves your ability to think conceptually and execute flawlessly. You are an expert in Figma, Adobe CC, and the Google Suite. You possess a mastery of layout composition and understand the nuances of designing for web, email, and print. Because we operate globally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You are comfortable managing multiple projects independently and can clearly rationalize your design decisions to stakeholders.
