We are looking for an executive-level Expert Brand Designer to join our team of over 900 colleagues and help us scale our global impact.

Key outcomes

• Develop visual assets that define our brand strategy and establish clear design guidelines.
• Lead design initiatives for our B2B marketing team, focusing on high-impact campaign concepts that drive sales leads.
• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including email campaigns, paid advertisements, direct mail, landing pages, editorial content, and presentations.
• Produce various asset iterations to support rigorous A/B testing efforts.
• Plan and execute creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing leads, engineers, product teams, and fellow designers to ensure cohesive output.
• Take full ownership of projects from the initial concept phase through to final delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of professional design experience, ideally within a product company or agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and the Google Suite.
• Advanced skills in layout composition and a deep understanding of design for web, email, and print.
• The ability to clearly articulate and rationalize design decisions to cross-functional partners.
• A self-starting mindset capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
