We are Cellares, the first Integrated Development and Manufacturing Organization dedicated to mass-producing the life-saving cell therapies of the future. By utilizing our proprietary Cell Shuttle technology and a network of global Smart Factories, we are transforming how the industry approaches automated, high-throughput manufacturing. We are looking for an innovative Director of Marketing to join our team in the United States to lead our commercial strategy, enhance our market presence, and drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to establish our leadership in the cell therapy space.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Conduct market research and voice-of-customer initiatives to translate user needs into actionable insights for our R&D and regulatory teams.
- Develop compelling messaging and deploy it consistently across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Manage our brand presence through public relations, industry conferences, webinars, and educational summits.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, scientific publications, and video content.
- Lead sales enablement efforts, including lead generation, account-based marketing campaigns, and the development of sales strategy decks.
- Collaborate with business development to refine our commercialization roadmap and ensure our products successfully reach the market.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and external agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of leadership experience within marketing functions.
- Proven track record of success within the life sciences industry.
- Deep expertise in Account Based Marketing strategies.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong project management capabilities and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and commercial market needs.
- Fluency in English.

The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
