What is this role?
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position designed for a strategic leader who will own the creation of opportunities for our go-to-market teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our outreach strategies and ensuring we have a robust pipeline to meet our annual sales objectives.
What will you do?
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives to ensure they have the support needed to hit their targets.
- Partner with our sales and cross-functional teams to identify key market segments and develop strategic initiatives that drive consistent pipeline growth.

- Over 10 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of creating sales opportunities.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
- Expertise in using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize ROI.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, or robotics is considered a significant plus.
