What you bring
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take on a full-time, mid-level role based in Lithuania. You will be responsible for orchestrating our digital channels to expand our reach and drive high-quality lead generation. Your work will be central to our growth strategy, and you will operate in a hybrid environment that balances collaboration with independent execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies alongside our CMO to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, social media, and inbound marketing, to meet our specific lead generation targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and website data to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve our overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset. You should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign and budget management. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is essential, as is a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing. You must possess a bachelor's degree and be able to communicate fluently in English. Candidates who have experience with Microsoft CRM or agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban will stand out to us.
