Are you a data-driven digital marketer passionate about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance SEO, SEM, and content optimization? We’re looking for a Marketing Digital Specialist to drive growth through innovative digital strategies, marketing automation, and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & SEM Strategy and Optimization
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive high-intent traffic.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to generate SEO-friendly content, meta descriptions, and keyword-optimized copy.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to shape content and campaign direction.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO/SEM metrics, delivering actionable insights for growth.
AI-Enhanced Content Optimization & Strategy
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and optimize digital assets (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos) using ChatGPT for ideation and content structuring.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify high-performing content and optimize underperforming assets.
- Develop a content calendar focused on MRO industry trends, customer pain points, and AI innovations.
- Implement AI-powered personalization strategies to tailor content for different audience segments.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms to engage and grow key audiences.
- Use ChatGPT to generate compelling captions, hashtags, and content suggestions that drive engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize social media campaign performance using AI-driven analytics tools.
Integrated Digital Marketing & Automation
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads and drive conversions through personalized email campaigns.
- Use ChatGPT to create automated email sequences, landing page copy, and lead magnets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI-driven marketing technologies to innovate and optimize strategies.
- Analyze campaign ROI and KPIs, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, optimization, and marketing automation is a strong plus.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry, AI technologies, or MRO inventory management is a significant advantage.
