The role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our cross-functional web team on a contractor basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere. In this role, you will help evolve our internationally recognized tech brand by crafting high-quality digital experiences that serve as the primary touchpoint for millions of visitors annually.

Core responsibilities

• Plan and design intuitive, responsive, and accessible web solutions that prioritize user needs, fast loading speeds, and effective conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our developers and conversion rate optimization experts to build, test, and refine high-performing website components and landing pages.
• Ensure our brand identity is consistently represented across all customer-facing digital touchpoints while creating compelling visual assets that tell our story.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and technical abilities:

• At least 2 to 3.5 years of commercial experience in digital design, supported by a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UX, interaction design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A solid understanding of WordPress, CSS, and HTML, along with a deep knowledge of UI design patterns and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into modern, accessible wireframes and design experiences.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to participate in constructive design critiques and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
