We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house Design Studio in the United States. Based on-site at our New York galleries, you will report to a Senior Designer and play a vital role in communicating our brand across both digital and print media.

Key outcomes

• Develop imaginative design solutions that span from initial concept to final print or digital publication.
• Adhere to our established brand guidelines while exploring creative directions for marketing literature, event invitations, advertising campaigns, and catalogues.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including research, mock-ups, presentation of ideas, and the creation of finished artwork.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team and internal clients to deliver high-quality work within budget and under tight deadlines.
• Maintain project archives and assist with general administrative tasks within the studio.

Requirements

• A degree in design or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in a design studio or agency environment, ideally with exposure to luxury or cutting-edge brands.
• Total fluency in Mac-based design workflows and the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Comprehensive knowledge of print production and finishing processes.
• Strong proficiency in digital media, including motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Sketch, and After Effects is highly valued.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Compensation

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. In addition to the base pay, you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Final salary offers are determined by a variety of factors, including your specific skills, training, experience, and relevant certifications.
