The opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of AI. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Design Officer to define our visual identity and refine our product suite. You will have the creative freedom to think strategically about how AI can help users navigate and interpret data, ensuring that our tools are as intuitive as they are powerful. This is a pivotal position where your eye for detail and focus on craft will directly influence our brand and our design culture.

A day in the life

• You will own and execute high-impact design projects, ranging from product interfaces to marketing materials, ensuring every piece of work meets a high standard of quality.
• You will collaborate with our production and cross-functional teams to define processes, facilitate design strategy, and ensure our vision is communicated clearly across the organization.
• You will participate in regular design critiques and stay at the forefront of machine learning developments to ensure our design language evolves alongside our technology.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in design and a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver polished, high-quality work. You possess a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, though we also value equivalent professional experience. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Your toolkit includes proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and you have a strong grasp of interaction and product design fundamentals. Because you will be helping to lead our creative efforts, you bring excellent communication skills and a history of mentoring other creative professionals. While not required, a familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies will serve you well in this role.
