Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lifecycle Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be a key player in our Lifecycle Marketing team, helping to drive user engagement and adoption through thoughtful, high-impact communication design.
Your impact
- Build and maintain a scalable email design system that adheres to accessibility standards and best practices.
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketers to run experiments and design communication flows that boost user activation and product adoption.
- Create compelling visual assets for emails and in-app experiences that translate our brand identity into functional, user-centric solutions.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of professional experience in marketing or visual design.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates pixel-perfect design and a deep understanding of lifecycle and email marketing surfaces.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Framer.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- A solid grasp of conversion-based design methodologies and user-centric experimentation.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our diverse, global team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
