Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Design Video Creator to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is open to candidates located anywhere, and you will focus on producing high-quality, engaging video content tailored specifically for our design audience.

Your impact

Collaborate with our Tuts+ editorial team and Video Manager to research, script, and plan compelling YouTube content, including tutorials and educational courses.
Bring your design expertise to the screen by presenting on camera with energy and enthusiasm while recording professional-grade video and audio.
Develop comprehensive design courses that break down complex topics in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for learners of all levels.

What you'll need

A deep understanding of design supported by formal education and a strong, varied portfolio.
High proficiency in industry-standard tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Proven experience in video production, specifically creating high-quality screencasts and content for YouTube.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, paired with a personable and engaging on-camera presence.
Fluency in English and the ability to work independently with high initiative.

Perks and compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $107,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a supportive environment that includes:
