The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Journey Architect to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will design and optimize the end-to-end experience for our customers. You will act as the bridge between data-driven insights and creative execution, ensuring that every touchpoint from the first interaction to long-term engagement feels seamless and intentional. You will play a key role in influencing our marketing initiatives and scaling our impact within the SaaS landscape.
A day in the life
- You will map out and refine high-converting user journeys for our ideal customer profile, implementing strategies that optimize experiences across our website and digital touchpoints.
- You will conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior and engagement metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Bloomreach Engagement, and Hotjar to report on performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B testing and personalization strategies, ensuring all customer-facing content aligns with our brand vision and performance goals.
Who you are
You are a motivated, analytical thinker with a passion for AI and a drive to improve digital experiences. You communicate clearly in English and thrive when working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your background includes:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in user journey mapping and personalization, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
- A testing mindset that is always looking for new ways to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, web development basics, and marketing automation tools.
