At Fellow, we are dedicated to helping people brew exceptional coffee in their own homes. We are more than just a provider of beautifully designed grinders and kettles. We are a brand rooted in innovation, community, and a deep appreciation for the ritual of coffee. We are currently seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office three days per week, where you will help bring our brand-building campaigns to life. You will be responsible for managing the flow of creative projects across our direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail, and Amazon channels, ensuring our team has the support and clarity needed to deliver high-quality work.
Key outcomes
- Coordinate a diverse range of creative initiatives, including integrated marketing campaigns and product launches, while balancing team capacity and skill sets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners to build project briefs, track approvals, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain project dashboards to provide clear status updates and schedules to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, managing risks proactively to keep projects on track.
- Utilize project management software to establish timelines and organize deliverables.
- Review creative output to ensure it aligns with the original brief and meets our high quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and workflows within tools like Asana and Google Drive.
- Develop and refine internal processes to improve the speed, scalability, and quality of our creative development.
- Oversee external creative staff and agency partners to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, with agency or client-relations experience considered a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with digital project collaboration software, specifically Asana.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can handle last-minute changes with a nimble, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to hold team members accountable.
- A calm, adaptable demeanor when working under pressure.
- A solid understanding of creative specifications for both digital and print assets, including video, photography, and copy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing and maintaining a digital asset management system.
- Familiarity with Figma.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
