We are currently seeking a Creative Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will oversee the creative vision for our brand and digital experiences, managing the people, processes, and technology necessary to execute high-impact campaigns across the entire customer funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative programs that connect our brand with customers and partners to achieve measurable business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure a consistent, authentic brand presence across web, mobile, social, video, and experiential channels.
- Manage the end-to-end creative production process, including project workflows, asset management, and the prioritization of deliverables to meet key marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of professional experience in a creative role, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates success in both online and offline marketing.
- Proven leadership experience managing an in-house creative team through full-funnel campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, along with a working knowledge of WordPress and asset management systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in video production and motion editing, as well as a strong background in performance marketing and brand management.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for design and visual consistency.
What we offer
