Are you ready to shape the visual identity of a leader in the roofing industry? Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Indianapolis. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site at our Indianapolis office. You will be the driving force behind our visual strategy, working closely with our marketing team to ensure every asset we produce is both beautiful and effective. Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end design process, taking projects from initial concept to final execution while maintaining our unique brand identity.
- Create visually compelling assets across various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, web graphics, and traditional print materials.
- Mentor junior designers to foster a culture of creativity and high-quality output while ensuring all projects meet our standards for excellence.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates your range and skill.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A deep understanding of typography, color theory, and core design principles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency in English.
