Creative Director at CommentSold

We are CommentSold, the leading live-selling technology platform in North America. With over 7,000 retailers using our tools and more than $3.8 billion in lifetime GMV, we empower businesses to create engaging, real-time video commerce experiences. We have recently expanded our reach through the acquisition of Popshoplive and the launch of our Videeo plugin, which helps brands integrate live video into their existing e-commerce stacks. We are currently looking for a talented Creative Director to join our growing offshore team in India, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and marketing presence.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead our creative strategy, defining project goals and developing comprehensive plans to ensure our marketing campaigns drive meaningful results.
• You will manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, writers, developers, and project managers, overseeing the daily production of high-quality marketing collateral, web content, and video assets.
• You will partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to analyze performance data, allowing you to pivot creative direction and innovate on brand experiences that boost traffic and conversion.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive leader with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the US market. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in creative development and production, with a preference for a degree in fine arts or graphic design.
• Over 3 years of management experience, including responsibility for budgets and leading creative teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong background in digital design, including web, email, and social media assets.
• A solid grasp of project management, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and present your creative vision clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in video editing and web development is highly preferred.
• The ability to join our team within 30 days.
