Helsing is a defence AI company dedicated to protecting democratic societies through technological leadership. We are looking for a Senior Creative Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany, the United Kingdom, or France to help us shape the visual identity of our mission-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality visual aesthetic across all brand touchpoints.
- Develop the Helsing brand by exploring innovative design solutions that support our marketing goals.
- Create impactful visual assets for print, digital, and experiential environments.
- Partner with our product, communications, and program teams to find engaging ways to present our technology.
- Oversee vendor relationships and identify new partners while maintaining existing collaborations.
- Provide creative direction and quality control for content shoots.
- Produce presentation materials for customer and business communications.
Must-haves
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across multiple disciplines.
- Deep expertise in layout, typography, composition, and colour theory.
- Proven ability to translate complex or abstract concepts into clear visual designs.
- A meticulous, pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve problems proactively.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about new domains like military doctrine, radar systems, and ethics.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere.
- Additional creative skills such as photography, videography, or copywriting.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly French or German.
- An interest in exploring emerging technologies, such as AI image generation tools.
