The role
We are in search of a Creative Brand Designer to uphold and elevate the Helsing brand to the highest standards. In this role, you will oversee the visual design of the brand, ensuring outstanding delivery across all marketing channels. We seek a creatively driven individual with impeccable aesthetic judgment, capable of understanding and communicating innovative products, and able to craft brand interactions that authentically reflect our values and mission.
The day-to-day
- Own projects throughout the entire design process; from creative conception to production
- Maintain a high-quality, consistent visual aesthetic across all touchpoints
- Evolve the Helsing brand by exploring novel solutions aligned with our marketing objectives
- Design compelling visuals for digital, print and experiential environments
- Collaborate with product, program and communications teams to devise engaging ways of communicating our products
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, identifying new partners across geographies while maintaining strong existing partnerships
- Provide creative oversight and quality control during content shoots
- Create presentation materials to support business and customer communications
You should apply if you
- Possess a diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across various styles and disciplines. Please include a PDF or link to your portfolio, along with links to relevant websites and videos showcasing your best work
- Exhibit a profound understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
- Are experienced in articulating complex or abstract products through design
- Are known for a meticulous, pixel perfect approach
- Enjoy learning new tools, particularly AI image generation technologies
- Capable of independently managing multiple projects, anticipating challenges, and formulating intelligent solutions
- Have resilience and adaptability
- Possess a quick learning curve and intellectual curiosity to explore new areas such as radar systems, military doctrine, cognitive load, and ethics
- Are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus)
Nice to have
- Another creative skill such as copywriting, photography or videography
- A second language, ideally French or German.
