About the Role 🤔

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creative Artworker (Packaging) to support our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate, print-ready artwork for a wide range of packaging projects and product instruction guides. You will collaborate closely with our Brand Designer and Product Designers to ensure high-quality outputs that align with brand guidelines and technical requirements.

Please note, this role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

What You'll Do 🎨

Create, amend, and prepare artwork for packaging and product instruction guides across various formats, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines, production specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct quality checks on artwork to verify dimensions, colors, and technical specifications.

Work closely with the product design team to create easy to understand, drawing-lead instructional leaflets.

Collaborate with suppliers and print vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless production.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

What You'll Bring 🤝

Proven experience as a Packaging Artworker or in a similar artwork role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes, including color management, trapping, and die lines.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in complex artwork files.

Familiarity with packaging materials and regulatory guidelines (e.g., international recycling, etc.).

Experience creating and formatting product instruction guides.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
