About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Creative Artworker to join us on a 12-month contractor basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production team by preparing precise, print-ready artwork for our diverse range of packaging and product instruction guides. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our brand and product designers to maintain the high quality and technical standards that define the Quad Lock brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, adjust, and finalize artwork for packaging and instructional manuals, ensuring every detail remains consistent and accurate.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to verify that all dimensions, colors, and technical specifications meet our brand and regulatory standards.
- Partner with our product design team and external print vendors to create clear, drawing-led instructional materials and troubleshoot any production challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working as a Packaging Artworker or in a comparable production design role.
- Advanced proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A deep understanding of print production and prepress workflows, including die lines, trapping, and color management.
- Familiarity with international packaging regulations and material specifications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

This position is based in Australia and operates on a hybrid work model.
